I Experimented with Anti-Lox Cream for Pen1s Growth—Here’s What Happened!

For years, I’ve been fascinated by male enhancement. Not the sketchy pills or gimmicky extenders, but real, science-backed ways to increase size. So, when I stumbled upon a research study showing that a compound called B-aminopropionitrile (BAPN)—also known as "anti-lox"—had led to 20-30% penis growth in rats, I knew I had to try it.

This wasn't some fantasy. The study was real. BAPN works by inhibiting lysyl oxidase (LOX), an enzyme that strengthens collagen. Since the tunica albuginea (the tough tissue surrounding the erectile chambers) is made of collagen, weakening it could allow the penis to expand more easily—leading to permanent growth over time.

The study had shown significant gains in just four weeks, but the researchers used oral ingestion. I didn’t want to risk systemic side effects, so I decided to try a topical gel version instead. I worked with a specialist to create a highly absorbable formula and combined it with a vacuum pump to maximize tissue expansion.

Would it work? Would it be dangerous? I had no idea. But I was willing to find out.

Week 1: The Beginning of the Experiment

I started applying the anti-lox cream every night before bed. My formula contained BAPN, a carrier agent for deep penetration, and a few skin-safe enhancers to maximize absorption while reducing systemic effects.

The first few applications were uneventful. No burning, no irritation—just a slightly warm sensation. After applying the cream, I used my vacuum pump for 15 minutes, gently stretching the tissue. The logic was simple: with the collagen weakened, the tunica should expand more than usual.

By the end of the first week, I didn't notice any size changes, but something was different. My erections felt… fuller? I chalked it up to placebo.

Week 2: Signs of Change?

By the second week, I noticed something strange—when I pumped, my post-session expansion lasted longer than before. Normally, my temporary size increase would disappear within 30 minutes, but now it was holding for hours.

Was the anti-lox actually working? It was too soon to tell, but I kept going.

One concern I had was tissue fragility—if my tunica became too weak, would I be at risk for injury? I was careful not to over-pump and made sure to monitor for any discomfort.

At this point, I was both excited and nervous.

Week 3: Real Gains?

This was where things got interesting. By the third week, I saw a visible difference. When fully erect, my girth looked noticeably thicker. I measured, and sure enough—I had gained 0.3 inches in circumference!

Even crazier, my flaccid length was longer. I’d always been a grower, but now I was hanging lower even when soft.

Was it due to the anti-lox? The pumping? A combination of both? I didn't know, but I was hooked.

Week 4: The Verdict

At the one-month mark, I measured again. To my absolute shock, my gains had increased to 0.5 inches in girth and nearly 0.3 inches in length!

My erections felt firmer, fuller, and my partner even commented on the difference.

But there were some potential side effects too. My skin felt slightly thinner, and I had to be extra careful during pumping sessions. I avoided overuse to prevent injury, and luckily, I didn’t experience any serious issues.

So, did it work? Yes.

Did I experience 20-30% growth like the rat study? No, but I did see measurable gains in just four weeks.

Could this be the next breakthrough in male enhancement? I believe it has serious potential.

Would I Recommend It?

Honestly?

If you're not afraid of experimenting, anti-lox combined with mechanical stretching might be worth trying.

However, this comes with risks:

  • We don’t know the long-term effects of anti-lox on human tissue.
  • Overuse could lead to weakness or injury if the tunica becomes too fragile.
  • Systemic absorption could affect collagen elsewhere in the body.

I plan to continue experimenting but with caution. I’ll reduce the application frequency and monitor my body’s response closely.

For now, though, I can confidently say:

This might actually work.

Final Thoughts

I don’t know if this will become the next big thing in male enhancement, but my experiment was promising. If the gains hold (or continue), this could open an entirely new approach to penis enlargement.

I’ll keep documenting my progress, and if I hit the 1-inch gain mark, I’ll be back with a full update.

Until then, this has been one of the wildest, most exciting experiments I’ve ever tried.

Would you try it?
