Penis Enlargement Cream – Does it Work?

While a perfect world would have penis enlargement cream that lives up to its promise of increasing penis length and girth, the reality is quite different. In truth, the old adage "if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is" applies to this particular product.

None of the penis enlargement creams available on the market have been scientifically proven to work, yet men continue to spend their hard-earned money on this fantasy. Let's explore the reasons behind this phenomenon.

Why People Think Penis Enlargement Cream Works

The primary reason why many men believe in the effectiveness of penis enlargement creams is the marketing strategies used by the companies selling these products. These creams are categorized as herbal supplements rather than drugs, which means they typically don't fall under FDA regulations.

To make their products appealing, these companies often make bold and unrealistic claims about the efficacy of their creams and may present non-peer-reviewed or non-medically backed studies as evidence. In addition, they frequently showcase glowing reviews from customers that are likely fake, potentially written by a freelance writer who has never used the product.

As a result, it's essential to consult a physician before trying any penis enlargement cream or other enhancement methods. To shed light on the matter, let's delve into some common ingredients used in these creams.

Common Ingredients in Penis Enlargement Cream

While there are many penis enlargement creams on the market, they typically contain one or more of the following ingredients:

  • Hawthorn berry
  • Catuaba bark extract
  • Pregnanolone
  • Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)
  • L-arginine
  • Panax ginseng
  • L-citrulline
  • L-carnitine
  • Gingko biloba

It's worth noting that none of the substances listed below have been scientifically proven to increase penis size, and the first four substances on this list should be avoided completely.

Hawthorn berry can lead to dizziness and nausea, and it may also react negatively with heart medications, which could potentially cause serious health issues.

Both Pregnenolone and DHEA have the potential to negatively impact mental health, and DHEA may increase cancer risk and lower cholesterol to dangerous levels.

The final five substances on the list show potential for enhancing sexual health, but they do not directly contribute to increased length or girth.

L-arginine and l-citrulline are natural amino acids that may aid in improving blood flow. This increased blood flow can theoretically result in improved erection firmness, although the scientific evidence is not definitive. To learn more about these amino acids, check out our articles on l-arginine and l-citrulline.

Panax ginseng is also believed to assist with erectile dysfunction by relaxing the muscles surrounding the penis tissue.

While studies have shown that l-carnitine can enhance sperm motility, there is no evidence that it affects penis size.

It's always a good idea to consult a physician before taking any of these supplements for sexual health or any other purpose.

OTHER PENIS ENLARGEMENT METHODS

There are several other penis enlargement methods on the market besides penis enlargement cream.

Penis Pumps

A penis pump is a vacuum device that helps users to pump blood into their penis, making it relatively easy to use. However, over-pumping can cause damage to the penis, such as tears in its core.

Although a penis pump may be effective in improving erection hardness, it does not provide permanent gains in penile length or girth.

Oral Supplements

Like penis enlargement creams, there are several brands of penis pills on the market. We suggest that they be avoided if your goal is to increase the size of your penis. They do not provide any permanent gains in penile size.

L-arginine or l-citrulline supplements can be taken for cases of mild ED.

Traction Devices

Traction devices, also known as penis extenders, are devices that stretch the penis. One end of the device attaches to the head and the other to the base, with two metal rods connecting the pieces. The concept is to stretch the space between the pieces to assist in achieving some temporary gains.

Penis extenders are a controversial method of penis enlargement. It takes a lot of dedication to use them effectively as they have to be worn for several hours a day for months to achieve even temporary gains. A study has shown that men who used a penis extender every day for four hours over a six-month period experienced a temporary gain of 0.67 inches in flaccid length. However, the gains are only temporary and will be lost once you stop the routine.

Using a penis extender also comes with a risk of injury. There is a potential for skin damage, ruptured blood vessels, and even a fractured penis. Additionally, they are extremely uncomfortable to wear while sitting or driving. Always consult with a physician before using a penis extender.

Jelqing

Jelqing, also referred to as milking one's penis, is an ancient Middle Eastern technique for penis enlargement. It involves a stretching exercise that has a motion similar to masturbation.

Despite being around for thousands of years, there is no scientific evidence that proves the effectiveness of this technique. Moreover, Jelqing can lead to skin irritation, bruising of the penis, and even erectile dysfunction. It is crucial to consult with a physician before attempting Jelqing.

Surgical Options

One surgical procedure that some men opt for is the cutting of the suspensory ligament that attaches the penis to the pelvic bone. This procedure is risky and can lead to impotence if the cut is too deep. It can also result in an erection that points downwards, which can negatively impact sexual performance. In fact, a survey has shown that most men who undergo this procedure are not satisfied with the results.

Another surgical procedure some men get to increase girth is fat injection. This involves removing fat from a fleshy area of the body and injecting it into the penis. However, the body often reabsorbs the fat, rendering the procedure ineffective.

Moreover, this procedure can result in an uneven penis with a bulge on one side. It is important to carefully consider the potential risks and drawbacks of any surgical procedure and to consult with a qualified physician before making any decisions.

Stem Cells

Stem cells are nature’s cell-building force. They lie in your bones, waiting to build cells.

They can become any type of cell. A heart cell, a brain cell, or - you guessed it - a penis cell! Get more cells in your shaft and it *will* grow!

Does this really work?

Yes. Stem cells are at the cutting edge of science. They’re our future. In the future, they’ll probably be used to cure cancer, heart disease, brain damage, and a whole host of other issues. Using them for something as simple as penis enlargement is obvious!

And today you're going to see proof!

Have you struggled to grow 'down there'?!

Stem cells are the answer. When your body doesn't have enough of 'em - and stem cells decline with age - then you have no chance in hell of getting bigger.

Getting more stem cells into and following a specific formula and growth isn't a possibility, it's virtually a certainty.

On the next page, you'll see all the fluff science and take a *revolutionary* quiz to see how big stem cells can make YOU, based on your size, age, and race.

This quiz is something I've never seen before. Take it now to see YOUR growth potential!
